Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to all hardware purchases made through Power Signal Technologies (PST) at pstllc.blog. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.


30-Day Return Window

PST accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original, unmodified condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included
  • Item has not been enrolled in any software licensing, domain, or enterprise management system
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted for a store refund. Hardware issues arising after 30 days are handled through the manufacturer warranty process described below.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact PST before sending any item back:

  1. Use our Contact/RFQ page — include your order number and reason for return
  2. PST will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  3. Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA confirmation — do not send returns without an RMA number
  4. Use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number

Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • PST will notify you by email within 3 business days confirming receipt and inspection result
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a PST error or a defective unit confirmed by inspection

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items showing signs of use, physical damage, or modification not present at delivery
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
  • Software licenses, digital products, or subscription services
  • Custom-configured or special-order units built to buyer specification
  • Items purchased through B2B purchase order with NET terms — these are governed by the terms of the purchase agreement

Defective Units — Manufacturer Warranty

All hardware sold by PST comes with the manufacturer’s standard warranty. For Lenovo products this is a minimum one-year warranty covering hardware defects.

If your unit develops a hardware defect:

  • Within 30 days of delivery — contact PST directly. We will coordinate a replacement or refund depending on availability and the nature of the defect.
  • After 30 days — contact the manufacturer warranty support directly. For Lenovo products, warranty service is handled through Lenovo Support at support.lenovo.com. Your unit’s serial number is required to initiate a warranty claim.

PST will assist with warranty coordination on request for B2B account customers — contact us and we will help facilitate the process.


Damaged in Shipping

If your item arrives visibly damaged:

  • Document the damage with photos before unpacking further
  • Contact PST within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact/RFQ page
  • Retain all original packaging — it is required for a shipping damage claim

PST will file a claim with the carrier and coordinate a replacement or refund as appropriate.


B2B and Volume Orders

For orders placed under a purchase order or NET terms agreement:

  • Return and refund terms are governed by the written purchase agreement between PST and the buyer
  • Cancellations of confirmed purchase orders must be submitted in writing before the order ships
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled — standard return policy applies
  • Contact PST directly to discuss return arrangements for fleet or volume orders

Exchanges

PST will exchange a unit for the same model if the original item is confirmed defective upon return inspection and a replacement unit is available. Contact us to confirm availability before initiating a return for exchange.
